At PoloPet, our priority is for you to receive your order in the best condition and in the shortest time possible. Below, we explain how our shipping process works.

Processing Time
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared within 2 to 4 business days before being dispatched. This time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping and Delivery Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 6 to 8 business days, depending on your location and the local transport service.

Shipping to Latin America
For orders destined for Latin America, delivery time may be slightly extended due to customs processes and logistics specific to each country. We recommend reviewing this policy before finalizing your purchase.

Free Shipping
All our shipments are completely free, with no additional cost at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track it in real time from the Track Your Order section.

Delays
Although we do our best to meet estimated deadlines, external factors (customs, weather conditions, high demand on specific dates) may cause minor delays beyond our control.
